Coming out of a twirl. :) LLB A-line- I use a slightly thicker neck ribbing, as this one runs a little wide for my taste. I also drop the neckline a smidge (and adjust the sleeves accordingly) to make a true front and back. Really quick and easy pattern- I've probably made a dozen, and have more in the works. The fabric is a 4 way stretch knit from Joann's- wish it wasn't 100% poly (I would've put it back, had I noticed), but, it seems pretty comfortable. It was really easy to match the print along the seams and raglan sleeve lines- something store clothing is notoriously awful about. I serge the hem, apply steam-a-seam, iron up and do two lines of straight stitching to mimic a coverstitch- it sounds really time intensive typed out, but, it really isn't, and makes for a really nice flat hem on even the stretchiest knits. - CuteKidSits
Lilblueboo Hoodie pattern, star screened on the front (in one pass so it's not too girlie-perfect :). - KnitDresses
Quick dresses from Lilblueboo's A-line pattern. 4-way stretch knit from Joann's (the polka dot print is technically an up-down stripe, but, I like it much better for a raglan cut going horizontally). The polka dot dress isn't completely hemmed here- it's since been flipped and stitched like the "knit" print. - StarHoodie
My version of Tea's Star Hoodie. LBB's Hoodie pattern, star screened on with silver ink.:) - RainbowLBB
I guess I'm rainbowizing everything this month. This is a highly tweaked version of the LBB A-line dress. The green, blue, and purple godets cross the back of the skirt. I always lower the front of the Sierra/A-line dresses (they are really similar) to create a front/back neckline, and I gave this one cap sleeves. I flared the body of the dress a little to accommodate the skirt. It's super super super twirly- my daughter wanted to give up her Hello Kitty shirt to wear this! I really wanted to do this in gray instead of white- but, I couldn't find the fabric I had in mind. The white is a really soft combed cotton interlock from Fabric.com. - Sienna Dress
Pattern by Littleblueboo.com. I altered the neckline to make it scoop a bit more, and added an asymmetrical hemline skirt.
